DilSulekha is in public beta. These policies apply to all visitors and listed businesses.
Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to run the marketplace: your account email, the business details you submit, verification documents you upload, and the enquiries you send or receive. Verification documents are stored privately and are visible only to you and our verification staff.
Customer contact details attached to a requirement are revealed to a provider only after that provider accepts the requirement, and every reveal is recorded in our audit log. We never sell personal data. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
Terms of use
Listings are published only after review by our team; businesses cannot self-publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for honouring the enquiries you accept. We may suspend or remove any business, listing or account that misrepresents itself, abuses the enquiry system or breaches applicable law.
DilSulekha is a discovery platform. We are not a party to any contract between a customer and a business, and we do not currently charge for listings or leads during beta.

Found a fake business, a misleading listing or a spam enquiry? Use the “Report” action on any business or listing page, or email abuse@dilsulekha.com with the page link and what you saw. Reports go straight to our moderation queue.
